A pide from Pasha’s

On this particular occasion, we felt like a pizza/pie and my partner came up with the marvellous idea of buying a pide from Pasha’s, a turkish restaurant located in Mermaid Waters. A pide by the way is turkish flat bread filled with mince and vegetables, almost like a calzone if that makes sense and topped with cheese.

We have dined at Pasha’s before and have been delighted with every meal that we have had so far (the mixed grill is highly recommended)…an added bonus is the live belly dancing on Friday and Saturday nights, the lovely welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff.  However, on this occasion, we wanted to stay in with a DVD and luckily Pasha’s do take-away. So all it took was a quick phone call and ten minutes later, we picked up our pide and our salad. All this for only $19.00.

Here is the delicious yummy salad, which was included in the price. As you can see gorgeous rocket, feta, olives, tomato, red onion and pepper. Not bad for an easy night in.
